Join the celebration of the Koomba Koolangka (Big Kids) program, launched by the Aboriginal Arts department at Edmund Rice Centre WA, in partnership with Whitelion Youth by Kids First Australia. This event showcases the talents and creativity of Aboriginal youth, promoting cultural pride and community spirit.

Experience the opening event of "Reclaim the Void: Assemblage" at WA Museum Boola Bardip. This event will kick off an exciting and meaningful project.

Reclaim the Void: Assemblage

Thursday, 4th July - Monday, 8th July | Daily Drop-in | 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Head over to WA Museum Boola Bardip for "Reclaim the Void: Assemblage," where you can participate in creating a large-scale artwork. Some 3000 small, circular rag rugs will be tied together into the component dots of a vast artwork. This collaborative process will be completed later this year in situ on Ngalia tjukurrpa parna - sacred country.
